• The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items, such as sale items or personalized products, may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Process for Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
